Conduct thorough inspections and heat chart verifications to ensure material compliance.
Mark and cut raw materials as per design specifications, ensuring weld preparation accuracy.
Assemble materials for alignment and fit-up inspections. Verify with dimensional fit-up reports and drawings.
Conduct dimensional checks to validate accuracy before proceeding.
Perform welding using approved WPS and ensure all welds meet project requirements.
Remove gas cut edges, hammer marks, spatters, pinholes, slag, and porosity for a smooth finish.
Verify weld quality through visual inspections and ensure dimensions are within tolerance. Review Weld Visual Inspection and NDT Reports.
Hand Tool Cleaning (SA 2).
Blasting to SA 2.5.
Apply primer and final paint as per specifications. Verify using Painting Data Sheets and Paint Specification Documents.
Check paint DFT (Dry Film Thickness), Painting Reports, and Test Certificates (TC).
Follow approved packing procedures. Conduct packing inspections to prevent transit damage.
Issue release notes and dispatch materials safely to the site.
